These terms explain how orders are placed, reviewed, produced, and completed through the Printspace Portal.
1. Portal use
The Printspace Portal is used for private school, team, and partner shops. Some portals require an access code provided by Printspace, a school, or an authorised organiser.
2. Product information
Products, sizes, colours, prices, and availability may vary by school or partner portal. Product images and colours are shown as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings, fabric, production methods, and stock availability.
3. Order review and confirmation
Submitting an order does not automatically confirm production. Orders are reviewed after checkout and payment proof upload. Printspace may contact the customer, school, or organiser if information is incomplete or unclear.
4. Payment proof
For manual PromptPay or bank-transfer payment, customers must upload valid proof of payment. Orders may be delayed, rejected, or cancelled if payment proof is missing, incorrect, duplicated, unreadable, or cannot be verified.
5. Changes and cancellations
Order changes may be possible before production starts. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially for personalised, customised, or batch-produced items.
6. Personalisation
Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, numbers, sizes, colours, and quantities before submitting an order. Printspace may produce items based on the information submitted through the portal.
7. Delivery or collection
Delivery, collection, or distribution arrangements may vary depending on the school, partner, or order batch. Details may be provided by Printspace, the school, or the relevant organiser.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, or refunds may depend on the product type, production status, customisation, and reason for the request. Customised or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed production issue.
9. Access codes
Access codes are intended for authorised users only. Please do not share private access codes publicly or with people outside the relevant school, team, or partner group.
10. Updates
These terms may be updated from time to time as the portal, ordering process, or production workflow develops.
